- The minimum age to participate the banana boat ride is strictly 6 years old. Those under the age of 12 years old must be able to fit into a Personal Floatation Device (PFD).
- You need to come 20 minutes before your slot to register, use the changing room and store your belongings. Your session will be cancelled if there is no show 15 minutes after your session starts. No time extension will be given for latecomers. All rental slots are to be completed within the stated time.

- Ability to swim is compulsory for all water-sports activities.

1. Subjected to availability based on a first-come-first-serve basis.
2. Booking of slots and payment are encouraged to be made at the website.
3. Basic techniques will be taught before your session commences.
4. Lockers and shower facilities are available onsite.
