- Due to the strenuous nature of activity and the unpredictability of open-water conditions, this activity requires a high level of physical mobility and the ability to swim unaided.
- The minimum age to participate the banana boat ride is strictly 5 years old. The minimum age to kayak on single kayak / SUP is strictly 10 years old. Those under the age of 12 years old must be able to fit into a Personal Floatation Device (PFD).
- Appropriate swimwear/ sports attire is required for all watersports activities.
- Ability to swim is compulsory for all water-sports activities. Participants must be physically fit to participate in all water activities.
- You need to come 20 minutes before your slot to register, use the changing room and store your belongings. Your rental session will be cancelled if there is no show 15 minutes after your session starts. No time extension will be given for latecomers. All rental slots are to be completed within the stated time.
